Professional Service in Fountain Hills, AZ
Thoroughness + timeliness + knowledgeability + reliability + economical = professional. Bought a condo in Fountain Hills and while original Trane (20+ years) ac/heater was working we decided to replace it.
Had several estimates done. Tim from Red Mountain came out and his input, questions and inspection outshone all. He was the only one to take the time to inspect the interior and exterior units, return air and grill and to walk around the complex to look at the other units and their upgrades. With Tim’s insight and at a nominal cost, we also enlarged the air return which was one of the best decisions we made. Interior sound was significantly decreased.
While it took a full day, replacement and installation was without an issue. Follow up was done by Tim. It was thorough and provided back up information along with warranty information. Would highly recommend Red Mountain. I will go through them for future maintenance and I will also look at them when my water heater needs to be replaced.

“Just a quick note to thank you for the excellent job of installing the new system in a most difficult situation. Firstly thank you for your professional analysis of our needs, you took the time to make sure you were recommending the proper system for our home. The installation must have been like building a ship in a bottle working inside the bottle. As I told you I think the air handler was installed and the condo built around it. The crew had to disassemble the air handler move the parts up and reassemble the unit in place.
The job took a full day and was completed with out complaint to us. I am sure you got an ear full when the crew returned. The job was done in a most professional manner and we could not be happier with our new quieter system. Thanks to you and the Red Mountain crew.”
