We researched many AC companies in the Phoenix area for a complete new HVAC system, and Tim Friederich of Red Mountain Air Conditioning was always quick to respond to our many calls and questions. He clearly explained the pro’s and con’s of the many systems on the market, and on his advice we decided on the Trane XR17. We scheduled the installation date which was promptly installed in one day. Tim was extremely professional and recommended we balance the system with some extra ductwork to ensure maximum efficiency. Tim inspected the installation and instructed us on the Thermostat settings. The installation work was all completed in a timely fashion and Tim’s follow up was impressive.
